2. Hosting

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA) and served from an EU region (Frankfurt). When you visit the site, Vercel processes technically necessary data (IP address, date and time, requested page, user agent) in server logs to deliver the site and keep it secure. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure and efficient operation). A data processing agreement is in place with Vercel; for transfers to the USA Vercel relies on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

3. No cookies, no analytics

This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics or tracking services. Your chosen colour scheme (light/dark) is stored only locally in your browser (localStorage) and is never transmitted to us.

4. Contact form

If you write to us via the contact form, we process the data you enter (name, company, e-mail address, message) and your browser's user agent in order to answer your request. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in handling your request).

Requests are stored in a database at Supabase Inc. (EU region) and delivered to us by e-mail via Resend (Resend Inc., USA). Data processing agreements are in place with both providers. The data is deleted once your request has been fully handled and no statutory retention obligations apply, at the latest twelve months after the last contact.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21 GDPR). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; the authority responsible for us is the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (BayLDA), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany.
